It's about creating enough space and safety to meet what is already here.
When we learn how to stay present with ourselves, something begins to soften. We become less driven by old patterns and more able to live from a place of choice, authenticity, and connection.

About Me.

My path into this work began long before I knew what to call it.
I've always been curious about what lies beneath the surface..
For many years I worked in social care, supporting vulnerable adults and young people in challenging environments. While deeply rewarding, the work also taught me first hand about responsibility, burnout, and the ways we can lose ourselves while caring for others.Alongside this, I developed a long-term practice of meditation, self-enquiry, embodiment, and inner work. Over time I became increasingly drawn to Parts Work as a compassionate and practical way of understanding the different aspects of ourselves.Today I facilitate retreats, courses, groups, and one-to-one work that help people build a more trusting relationship with themselves.At the heart of my work is a simple intention:To help people meet themselves with awareness, compassion, and presence, and to discover that transformation often begins not by pushing parts away, but by learning how to be with them.

A personalised three-month journey for those wanting deeper support and transformation.Together we explore the parts of you that have learned to protect, manage, strive, care for others, or carry old burdens alone.Through Parts Work, embodiment, and compassionate inquiry, we create the conditions for lasting inner change and a more authentic relationship with yourself.This work is offered through an application process.

A 4-week live programme for coaches and facilitators, who feel called to create retreats that are meaningful, practical and aligned with who they are.

Slow Paradise In Asia.

A slow journey through Southeast Asia, moving together as a small group through places, rhythm, and shared daily life. January 2027.
